When can you buy a personal Basiskort at sales points
You can now purchase a personal Basiskort at selected sales points. The card is available for adults, youth (18+), pensioners (both under and over 67), and travelers with disabilities. You receive the card immediately, ready to use right away.
During April, personal Basiskorts for children will also be available at selected sales points. You can stay updated here on our website, where we share news continuously.
When buying a personal Basiskort at a sales point
You will need MobilePay, as we set up your account and link a payment agreement via MobilePay. Later, it will also be possible to create your account using a payment card.
If your account is created at a sales point, you will not have access to the Self-Service portal, where you can view prices, update information, block your card, and track your travel history. If you wish to access the Self-Service portal, you can instead order your Basiskort online here: www.mit.rejsekort.dk

Sydtrafik will open for personal assistance with ordering a Basiskort at its 13 service locations from 13 April 2026.
You will be able to purchase an anonymous Basiskort later
Before the physical Rejsekort closes, it will also be possible to purchase an anonymous Basiskort in 7‑Eleven stores and kiosks. The anonymous Basiskort can be purchased and topped up with cash and payment cards.
