Requirement for two-factor authentication

Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S have introduced a requirement for two-factor authentication during payments. This is due to requirements in "Lov om betalinger".

This means that if you want to top up your Rejsekort, create or change a top-up agreement and/or a renewal agreement or if you want to share your payment agreement, you must either approve with NemID or with a one-time SMS code. Please be aware that NemID requires download of the NemID app. It is not possible to use "Nøglekort".

Rejsekort Customer Service and the staff at point of sales can guide you on how to create or change a top-up agreement and/or a renewal agreement at Self Service or how to share your payment agreement, but it is not possible for them to do this for you.
