The physical Rejsekort has been closed. If you have a Rejsekort Personal, Flex, Commuter Combi or Commuter Card, we will automatically refund any remaining balance, any unused period, and any possible remaining card price.
The refund will be paid to your NemKonto. However, in some cases we do not have the correct bank account details, which means we are unable to complete the payment.
