With Commuter Combi, you pay a fixed price in advance, allowing you to travel freely within your selected zones during your chosen period. If you travel outside the selected zones, the fare is calculated automatically and paid daily. With Commuter Combi, you must check in and out, just as you would if you were traveling with the Rejsekort app or Basiskort without Commuter Combi.
To purchase the Commuter Combi, you must use the Self Service portal. Since you must check in and out when traveling with the Commuter Combi, you cannot use or purchase your Commuter Combi period until you have either logged into the Rejsekort app or ordered a Basiskort.
If you purchased your Basiskort at a sales location or through our customer service center, please note that you can only purchase a Commuter Combi later.
When purchasing a Commuter Combi period, you must select:
- Zones: Here, you select the zones within which you want to travel freely.
- Duration: Here, you select a start date and how long your Commuter Combi period will last. You can choose a start date from today’s date up to 60 days in the future, and a duration for your Commuter Combi period of between 30 and 60 days.
Your Commuter Combi period is active from the selected start date, so you don’t need to do anything to activate it.
When you purchase your Commuter Combi period, you’ll pay a fixed price for your trips within the selected zones. If you travel outside the selected zones, you’ll automatically be charged for that portion of the trip.
Payment for your trips outside your selected zones is processed via the debit card or MobilePay linked to your account and is collected once a day.
You can purchase and renew your Commuter Combi pass through Self Service
- You always pay in advance for a commuter period of 30–60 days.
- You can renew your commuter period whenever it suits you, though there are restrictions on how far in advance you can purchase it.
It will soon be possible to set up automatic renewal of your Commuter Combi period and to purchase Commuter Combi at sales locations.
During a ticket inspection, the inspector must be able to see that you’ve checked in, as the inspector cannot see your zones or your commuter period.
