The physical Rejsekort is being phased out

The physical Rejsekort will be closed down gradually.

It is no longer possible to travel using a physical Rejsekort in buses, local trains, and light rail services in Jutland and on Funen.

On 29 June 2026, it will be the last travel day in Zealand and for trains operated by DSB and GoCollective across the country.

The additional month is intended to ensure a smooth transition to the new solutions, as many passengers in Zealand still travel using the physical Rejsekort, and some ticket types for the Basic Card will only become available later.

Personal

As a replacement, you can use the Rejsekort app or the new physical card, Basiskort.
The Rejsekort app is available to all travelers, children, young person, adults, senior citizens (over and under 67 years of age), and travelers with disabilities.
Basiskort can be ordered if you are an adult, young person over 18 years of age, pensioner, or have a disability.
Soon you will be able to order a Basiskort for children and an anonymous Basiskort.

Anonymous

As a replacement, you can use the anonymous Basiskort.

Rejsekort with Commuter Combi

As a replacement, you can use the Rejsekort app or the new physical card, Basiskort.

Rejsekort Corporate

Rejsekort Corporate will automatically be replaced by Basiskort for business. The company will be informed directly about the change. Read more here: Business page | rejsekort.dk

Rejsekort Flex

Will be discontinued along with the physical Rejsekort in May 2026. You can replace your Rejsekort Flex with the Rejsekort app or the new physical card, Basiskort.

Please note that you cannot share your profile in the Rejsekort app, as it is personal.

Commuter Card

As a replacement, you can use Rejsebillet to purchase your commuter route, which you can already use today.

Youth Card

As a replacement, you can use Rejsebillet, which you can already use today. Read more about Rejsebillet below

During the spring of 2026, Basiskort will be available for Ungdomskort.

School Pass

School cards will be automatically replaced with Basiskort. Schools will be informed directly about the change, and the cards will be ready for the new school year 2026/2027.
The current school cards will remain valid for the rest of the school year.
