Nets issues are affecting payments and the linking of payment cards across ticketing solutions

Nets is currently experiencing issues that are affecting our various ticketing solutions.

There may be problems with making payments in the Rejsebillet app, as well as linking payment cards in the Rejsekort app, on Basiskort and on Rejsekort.

Nets has announced that they have identified the error, but do not know when it is expected to be resolved.
