Payment

When you are registered with the customer type Disabled in the Rejsekort-app, you automatically receive the price you are entitled to when your journey is calculated.

The fare is calculated according to the same rates you know from the physical Rejsekort. The ticket price may vary depending on:

• Your customer type (e.g. Disabled)

• Your earned discount level (west of the Great Belt)

• The means of transport you use (bus, train, metro, or light rail)

• Where and when you travel during the day

You do not have to pay extra for the customer type Disabled. When you travel with the customer type Disabled, you automatically get the price you are entitled to.
