Tickets
Ticket types
You can also buy various additional tickets (1 extra zone, DSB 1' RE/IC) and additional products in DOT's area (Pendler20 and Metro bicycle ticket).
You can buy a bike metro ticket for your bike if you need to use the metro.
Please note that there is a curfew for bicycles, so they may not be taken on the metro on weekdays at 7.00 – 9.00 and 15.30 – 17.30.
For other means of transport, you can see the rules on the websites of the individual transport companies.
Validity of ticket
It appears on your ticket which zones or which destination your ticket applies to. The ticket also states how long it is valid for.
The general rules for delay apply. If you are in doubt about the rules, you can contact the transport company you traveled with or read more on their website.
Fare inspection
You can click on your purchased ticket from the front page of RejseBillet and show the details to the inspection staff.
You must have another valid travel permit if you have bought a ticket through RejseBillet and cannot present the ticket. You will be charged an inspection fee, if you can’t present a valid travel permit - this also applies if your mobile has run out of power, your screen is broken, or you can’t show your ticket for other reasons.
Contact Rejsekort Customer Service to get a refund for the extra expense you incurred because the RejseBillet did not work.
Overview of your tickets
Buying tickets for others
The ticket must be displayed from the phone or phone number from which it was purchased. You can buy tickets for several people at once, but you cannot buy a ticket and give it to someone else. You can therefore neither send the ticket nor a picture of the ticket to someone else, as the ticket will not be valid for the recipient. It is also not possible to print a ticket, as the ticket must be displayed from the RejseBillet app.
The number of tickets you can buy varies for the different transport companies. The regular price is paid for fellow travelers, no group discount is given.
