It's not possible to check in using Rejsekort as an app

We are unfortunately currently experiencing an issue where some customers are unable to check in using the Rejsekort app.

Together with the supplier, we are working to resolve the error.

Until the issue is fixed, we recommend using the physical Rejsekort, purchasing tickets at sales points or ticket machines at stations across the country, or using other ticket apps.

We apologise for the inconvenience caused by this error.
