If you have received a reminder regarding a payment that was not completed for Rejsekort as a card, it is most likely due to a technical outage at NETS on July 19, 2025. Unfortunately, this outage affected our payment systems.

If you have already paid your bill, you can disregard the reminder. You can check whether the bill has been paid or pay it directly via our Self Service.
