Some customers are experiencing issues with their profile being blocked in the Rejsekort app.

Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing a technical issue that has temporarily caused some Rejsekort as app users to have their profiles blocked.

We are working to reopen these profiles as quickly as possible so that check-in via the Rejsekort app can resume.
