Problems with displaying travel history

Unfortunately, we are experiencing issues with displaying check out on travel history.

This means that some customers cannot see that they have checked out, since data is delayed.

We are working to correct the error and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Some customers who receive a quantity discount may, due to the error, experience that the price of the trip is calculated incorrectly. Of course, they will get the amount they paid too much back on their Rejsekort balance. It takes a few weeks before the prices are corrected, but the work has started.
