Some customers experience be issues with viewing travel information on the Self Service platform

We are currently experiencing sporadic errors on the Self Service system.

This means that some customers are unable to view data about check-in and check-out, among others. Unfortunately, Rejsekort Customer Service is also unable to access the information.

We are in contact with the supplier and working to correct the issue as soon as possible.
