Set up a top-up agreement

You can set up a top-up agreement on your Rejsekort, so you won't have to transfer funds manually. We show you how you set up an agreement through the self service

Log in to our Self Service.

Use a username and password or MitID.

Go to Top-up agreements (reload agreements)

Under 'My Rejsekort' in the left menu, click on 'Reload agreements'.

Complete change on your card

If you have ordered a change or cancellation on your Rejsekort, you need to finish the change, before you set up a top-up agreement. You can transfer the change to your card by traveling on the card or by placing the card on a Rejsekort vending machine.

Set up a top-up agreement

Click on 'Set up reload agreement'.

Choose settings

You can now choose the top-up amount, when you want the top-up to occur and how many times a day it is possible to top-up. You can also choose or set up a new payment agreement to use for the top-up agreement.

Approve the agreement

You can now see the chosen settings for your top-up agreement. Read and accept the terms of condition and then approve the agreement.

Transfer the order

When you have approved the top-up, a confirmation of your order appears on the page. You can transfer the top-up to your card by traveling on the card or by placing it on a Rejsekort vending machine.

If you are traveling by train or using a Rejsekort vending machine, you need to wait at least 5 hours from the time of your order before you can transfer the top-up agreement to your card. If you are traveling by bus, you need to wait at least 24 hours. 

You need to use your card or a Rejsekort vending machine within 30 days in order to transfer the top-up agreement - otherwise the order is cancelled.
