Incorrect bus route information

Passengers may experience errors in the route information on their journey history for bus travels paid with Rejsekort.

This is due to a manual operating error in the busses. If you find that you have incorrect route information and paid a wrong amount for your trip, you can get the price corrected by stating your Rejsekort number and contacting Rejsekort Kundecenter. Contact Rejsekort Kundecenter here.

Movia and NT publishes a list of the bus travels with the incorrect route information.
