Set up a top-up agreement for another adult

To pay for other people’s top-up agreements, you must have a payment agreement that you can share. The payment agreement makes it possible to charge for one or more top-up agreements on your payment card.

You can share your payment agreement with other travellers who have a Rejsekort and who are registered in the system with a civil registration number, e.g. your partner or another adult family member.

Log in to our Self Service.

Use a username and password or NemID.

Choose “Payment agreements”.

  • Choose “Payment agreements” in the left-hand side menu
  • Click on “Share” for the payment card to which the top-up agreements are charged

Choose the purpose of the payment agreement.

Choose what you would like to use the shared payment agreement for:

  • Top-up agreement
  • Renewal and renewal agreement
  • Top-up agreement, renewal, and renewal agreement

Choose the receiver and top-up amount.

Enter the CPR number (civil registration number) of the person with whom you would like to share your payment agreement and the card number of the Rejsekort that you would like to be automatically topped up through your payment card.

  • Choose the amount to be topped up, as well as how many times a day the card should be topped up
  • Click “Save”

Add the recipient’s Rejsekort.

Now the shared payment agreement must be added to the recipient’s Rejsekort.

The person with whom you are sharing your payment agreement must therefore log in to their account through our Self Service and choose the Rejsekort to which the agreement should be added.

Set up the payment agreement for the recipient.

The recipient must now:

  • Choose “Payment agreements” in the left-hand side menu
  • Click “Next” to accept the settings for the top-up agreement and that it is paid for by someone else’s payment agreement

Approve the set-up for the recipient.

The recipient must now approve the set-up of the agreement by accepting the terms and conditions of Rejsekort.

Activate the agreement on the recipient’s card.

Now the agreement is ready to be activated on the recipient’s Rejsekort, and they will receive confirmation by email.

Please note that it may take up to five hours before the top-up agreement is transferred to the Rejsekort in stations and up to 24 hours before it is transferred to busses.
