Refund of period

Since Corona shut down Denmark, the Public Transport Operators in Denmark have exceptionally offered customers that they can reimburse unused tickets free of charge and right up to departure.

Now that society is gradually opening up and customers are gaining a greater predictability in everyday life, Danish traffic companies and train operators are reintroducing the general rules.

The general rules for reimbursement of tickets and cards are in effect again from 11 May 2020.
