Some customers experience difficulties renwing their periode on their Commuter Pass

Are you experiencing problems with renewal of your period on your Commuter Pass?

Instead of pressing "renew", you have to buy a new period. To do this, tap on the "Commuter Pass" icon, then select "Order new period". Before you can press "Order New Period", your current period must be expired for the action to transfer. If you are traveling in Zealand, we recommend that you use the zone map to select your zones. This way you will ensure that you get the right zones.

You do not order a new Commuter Pass, but just add a new period on your existing card. After 29 September it will be possible to renew as usual.
