Has your Rejsekort expired?

Rejsekort Customer Service is currently receiving many inquiries about expired Rejsekort.

Before your Rejsekort expires, we will send you an email so that you can choose to purchase a new Rejsekort before the old one expires.

If you have not ordered a new Rejsekort before expiry, you can log in to Self-service and order a new one.

If you try to use the expired Rejsekort, you will be notified that the Rejsekort is invalid.
The money left on your Rejsekort is automatically transferred to your NemKonto. It happens 10-14 days after your Rejsekort expired. However, you will still be able to see the latest balance on your expired Rejsekort if you put it in a Rejsekort vending machine.
