Check in and check out

  • No, a prepayment is charged only at your initial check-in. Read more about check in and check out.
  • You can bring fellow travellers, a dog or a bicycle with you when you travel using your Rejsekort. Read more here.

  • If you try to check in and find that the card reader is out of order, you must use another card reader or a rejsekort ATM. If all the devices at your location are out of order, you should ask bus, train or station staff to help you and to report the fault. If there are no staff at the location, call Rejsekort Customer Services on +45 70 11 33 33. If, for some reason, you are unable to call Rejsekort Customer Services, you must buy another type of ticket before you begin your journey.

    NB Rejsekort A/S accept liability for any incorrect payments or defective or incorrect transactions that may be caused by technical difficulties arising from the Rejsekort system.

Self service

  • You can acces the Online Self-Service functions if you have a Rejsekort Personal or a Rejsekort Flex. It is not possible to acces Online Self-Service with a Rejsekort Anonymous.

    Click the link in the e-mail you received from noreply@rejsekort.dk. Please note that you have to click the link and confirm your customer profile in Online Self-service within 30 days of receipt. Select a password with minimum seven and maximum 15 characters, of which at least one must be a capital letter and one a number. You will need your user name and password to log on to Online Self-service (selvbetjening.rejsekort.dk).

    If you have registered to use Online Self-service but have forgotten your password, you can get a new password sent to your e-mail address. Click here.

    What do I do if I am unable to log on to Online Self-service? If you are unable to log on to Online Self-service, this will typically be for one of two reasons:

    1) The link in your e-mail confirmation must be activated within 30 days of receipt. If the link does not work, the 30-day limit has probably expired. To order a new confirmation link, click here.

    The link can only be activated once. You must also complete the full confirmation flow and set up a password before access to Online Self-service is established.

    If you cannot get the link to work, copy the entire link (URL) into the address line in your browser and click Enter.

    2) If you have registered to use Online Self-service but have forgotten your password, you can get a new password sent to your e-mail address. Click this link.

  • At rejsekort.dk we do our utmost to protect your personal data. The web site is designed to provide secure communication between your computer and the rejsekort back office system.
  • If you order your Rejsekort from a computer located where people can look over your shoulder, you should make sure than no-one is watching on when you enter personal data, such as your CPR number and payment card details.
  • If other people use the same computer you order your Rejsekort from, you must close all screens/windows before you leave the computer. This is the best way to protect your personal data.
    • To order a Rejsekort online, you:
    • must be over 18 years of age
    • must have an e-mail address
    • may need a passport photograph
    • must be registered in "Folkeregistret" (The Danish National Register of Persons)
    • NB: The right of cancellation in the Danish Consumer Protection Act does not apply when you buy a rejsekort.
