You can transfer your RejseBillet profile to another phone. Your profiles will be automatically moved if you have entered an email address.

If you have got a new phone number, you can transfer your RejseBillet profile by correcting your phone number, which can be done by clicking on the "person" icon.

If you haven’t received the SMS code for the creation of the user profile, you can select "resend" from the app. Be aware that you have entered the correct phone number.

You can only use RejseBillet if you have a Danish, Swedish, German, or Polish telephone number.

You can view your history of previously purchased tickets by clicking on the "Person" icon, then select "Previous Purchases".
You can see your valid tickets or Commuter cards without an internet connection, but you cannot see your previous purchases.

hand 2 Fare inspection

You can click on your purchased ticket from the front page of RejseBillet and show the details to the inspection staff.

You must have another valid travel permit if you have bought a ticket through RejseBillet and cannot present the ticket. You will be charged an inspection fee, if you can’t present a valid travel permit - this also applies if your mobile has run out of power, your screen is broken, or you can’t show your ticket for other reasons.

Contact Rejsekort Customer Service to get a refund for the extra expense you incurred because the RejseBillet did not work.

exclamation Report issues and suggestions

If you experience errors in RejseBillet or have suggestions for improvement, you can press the speech bubble on the front of RejseBillet. From that menu, you can choose "Do you like RejseBillet". You can write your suggestion for improvement or what you experience as errors. Please note that you will not receive a reply to your inquiry.

Remember that you must ensure that you have a valid travel permit before you start your journey. If you experience errors in the app, please try again or purchase another ticket.
